 Fallout fans are the best gamers. I re-started 76 with a new character to see if that fixed some glitches (status: nope, still can't take or save pictures in-game!), and as I was pootling around Flatwoods, two separate players appeared in front of me, waved, and dropped presents. One gave me a power armor frame with a few pieces of level-40 armor!

 

High-level players are still just hanging around newbie-land playing santa, and that's awesome.

oooooh i ought to do that with some of the extra stuff i have laying around. i'm not even that high level yet, but my stash is starting to fill up from all the cool weapons that i Just Don't Use.
